SALES

The 2017 edition of the Ohio Spring Classic Sale auctioned 128 lots for an average of $2,119.92 and a gross of $271,350. The sale was held at Wayne County Fairgrounds in Wooster and managed by the Ohio Jersey Breeder's Association and Jersey Marketing Service.

River Valley Genie Spice 1664-ET was the high seller at $9,000. She was purchased by Sam, Angela and George Colpetzer, represented by sale chair, Kevin Williams, right. She was consigned by River Valley Farm, represented by David Jordan, left. At the halter is Jordan Ziegler.

JX Pine Hill Vandrell Lumber {3} was the second high seller. She was purchased by Sexing Technologies for $7,500. She was consigned by Lindsay's Pine Hill Jersey Farm, represented by Mandy Lindsay, left.

JX AJ Avon 3258 {3} was the third high seller at $7,250 (half donated to Ohio Annual Meeting Fund). She was purchased by Sexing Technologies and consigned by Albright Jerseys LLC, represented by Fred and Joel Albright, left.
